ZetCiti – Broadway
Client: Zetciti | Size: 500m2 | Program: 6 weeks
Positioned within one of the city’s most dynamic retail destinations, Zetciti’s latest expansion at Broadway shopping center was successfully delivered in just six weeks. The project featured an extensive custom joinery package, the construction of a dedicated plant room to support new refrigeration and freezer systems, and the installation of new flooring and feature ceilings throughout.
Despite the challenges of working through the center’s peak trading period leading up to christmas, the team navigated both the high-traffic environment and accelerated timeline, ensuring the new premise was completed and ready for handover in time for the holiday rush
Johnny Gio’s Pizza – NSW roll out
Client: Johnny Gio’s | Size: 100-200m2 | Program: 6-9 weeks
As one of Sydneys Fastest Growing Franchises, The RBS team were excited to be given the opportunity to design and construct the new Johnny Gio’s shops roll out in NSW.
Working directly with the client and their team each site was designed in house to suit the requirements of the pizza makers.
Opening a new shop nearly every 6 weeks throughout 2024 – Sites included Dullwhich Hill, Lane Cove, Balgowlah, Rozelle, Pagewood, Gladesville, Five dock, Carringbah, Kirrawee and Neutral Bay.

Clever Ain’t Wise
Client: Clever Ain’t Wise | Size: 150sqm | Program: 6 weeks
Our team was able to accommodate all requests for custom furniture and provided a high-quality reconfiguration of the 150 sqm space. RBS was able to transform the formerly bare concrete area into a beautiful and elegant retail site positioned in Zetland.
Messina Gelato
Client: Messina Gelato | Program: 4 weeks
Conducted within four weeks, the speedy renovation and commercial fit-out for the well-known gelato chain was challenging yet rewarding to participate in. Located in Sydney’s Star City Casino, the project used materials sourced directly from Italy which only added to the sleek yet charming shopfront.
Zara
Client: Zara | Size: 600sqm | Program: 12 weeks
This three-story, 600 sqm project in the Sydney CBD was completed to a high degree of quality and workmanship. Our experienced team worked day and night to make this large-scale retail fit-out happen and despite the tight turn-around, the project was delivered earlier than originally planned.
Hurricane’s
Client: Hurricane’s
Nestled a short distance from Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach, Hurricane’s first restaurant in the area was constructed and renovated by Raguz Building Services. Completed to a high standard, RBS managed all the refurbishment, light construction services, and fit-out.
